Our Goal
At Fahey Pest Management, Inc. we want to provide you with superior pest management services using innovative, scientifically proven, and environmentally friendly practices. Through Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, we maintain your pest free environment, with no disruption to the natural environment, people, pets, or wildlife.

The Term-A-Pest! Home Protection Plan provides you with general household pest and termite management along with a Wood Damage Warranty - all for the same price! At Fahey Pest Management, we establish and maintain the Term-A-Pest! Home Protection Plan through a five step process.

First, we conduct an inspection of the entire structure to determine the types of pests, where they are, and conditions favorable to their presence. Conditions like landscaping, drainage, gaps around doors and windows, storage practices, sanitation, lighting and many others.

Second, we complete an initial interior treatment of all cracks, crevices, and voids, with the latest, most effective, EPA registered products and materials.

Third, we implement a "Green" approach to termite prevention. The Sentricon Subterranean Termite Colony Elimination System will be installed around your home at regular intervals along the entire exterior perimeter of the structure. The system will be monitored for subterranean termite activity each time the technician treats your home. When activity is detected, bait tubes are placed in the stations. The termites feed on the bait and share the bait with other termites to achieve colony elimination. The system continues to monitor for new subterranean termite activity.

Fourth, we employ non-disruptive management measures, such as, placement of pest monitoring devices on the interior of the structure, broom or vacuuming to remove pests and their residues. Apply caulking and/or copper mesh/foam sealing to exclude pest invasion, lighting adjustment recommendations, insect trapping and removal, baiting technology, product application, and many others. While we provide these superior pest management practices, we constantly consult with you about any conducive conditions favorable for pest invasion.

Finally, we follow-up constantly as your superior service provider at designated intervals to treat the exterior and service the Sentricon Monitoring Stations. The interior will be done only as necessary.
